Having issues signing up or logging in?

1. Check for app updates

You might have an older version of the WYSPR, Facebook, or Instagram app. Just visit the app store on your device and check that they are all up to date (may as well turn on auto updates for them as well 😉).

Just make sure to refresh the WYSPR app before trying again (close the WYSPR app in your phone's background and open it up again).​

2. Ensure you have an Instagram business account

Switching to Instagram business not only gives you a fantastic insight into your following, but it's required if you want to keep receiving WYSPR’s paid job offers to work with brands.

If you haven’t got an Instagram business account, follow our guide on how to switch in minutes below:

  1. Open your Instagram app
  2. Go to your profile and tap the icon with three lines in the top right corner of you profile
  3. Tap on “Settings”
  4. Go to “Account” and select “Switch to Business Account” at the bottom of the page
  5. From here you’ll be taken through the remaining steps to switch your profile and you'll be done ✅
